Ok, Finally got the bike together with these parts:
Sugino 75 cranks
TA 48t ring
Sugino 75 BB
Izumi Chain
EAI cog
mks pedals
Nitto Jaguar stem
Nitto 123 bars
Soyo long grips
Vantage headset
kalloy seatpost
turbo saddle
panaracer tires
don't worry about the wheelset.
I love this bike. took it for a 20 mile ride yesterday. the frame fits me perfectly.
it's fast and light...and tight, almost too tight, lots and lots of toe overlap.
well, way more than i'm used to. The sugino 75 cranks are so nice and solid. the jaguar stem is surprisingly comfortable (first time riding a stem with that much drop).
Two things i'm not so happy about... the chainring isn't round so the chain gets loose at one point in the rotation... and the NJS Vantage headset it came with is indexed, so it's riding no handed is a challenge.
the bearings have vibrated little divots in the bearing races, great.

i'm definitely asking santa for a headset.
New Interpro frames are around 1,000,000 won. I got this frame used with a smooth sugino 75 BB and the indexed headset for 300,000 won. It's got Tange dropouts with unknown lugs. The new interpros have nagasawa lugs, different seat binder.
In Korea there's also Corex track frames which are also lugged steel keirin frames. Interpro and Corex were the only Korean brands I saw when I was there.
They make them in lugged steel or aluminum in lots of different colors, even with the sparkle flake paint you see on japanese keirin frames.

yeah - I found a place near me in the 'burbs that sells it on the cheap. Needless to say, I stocked up!
