Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Baltimore SS Commuter

I'm sure you'll all let me know if this kind of thing is inappropriate here.. The last few days while walking my dog I have noticed someone commuting on a black Surly SS (fixed gear?) with blue taped bullhorns along W Ostend St. If you read here, drop me a line. Just nice to see someone else commuting on a SS.

If I shouldn't have posted this here, if you're interested, I can make it up to the rest of you by posting some gore shots from my wreck over the summer.
