Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

...to finance another one (that i don't even have yet).

there's a 3rensho on ebay right now that i'm gonna go for, but if i win it i need to sell something, i don't have the space or the cash to take on another bike, and i WILL get that 3rensho! (well, do my best anyway).

which one should i sell?

this is just a try-on to try to figure out what i'll do if i do get that other bike.

none of my bikes are for sale yet, but if/when they are i'll post in the 'for sale' forum. (and please dont post offers here).

i'm just looking for opinions; and i'd value yours"

thanks,

-g

ugh. that would be a really tough decision. definitely NOT the masi. I'm kind of partial to the Fuji as well. I would probably go with the Levante. But not by much.

I guess it depends on what's motivating the sale also, i guess. They're all pretty awesome.

man! that's a tough one.
most say the levante, i think due to not knowing much about it. each bike has it's own little nuance that you love so much... that's why you have so many already...

but in the end... the levante still doesn't hold up to the rest... even with it's really dope tubing.

it's also going to depend on what your buying. if it's another keirin, well then, if it's a better one than the peleton, go for the peleton. if it's a better italian, think about the masi.. (no wait, don't do that. the masi is SICK). and the fuji just has character.

good luck chief.

ugh all these bikes are so pretty they make me tingly. but if i had to get rid of one of those (aesthetics being the only thing i'm taking into account), it would be the levante.

wow. the fuji is in the lead. that sucks.

in the end.. you'd probably get more for it than the levante, eh?

ok. actually read your first post... if its for a 3rensho. then i say sell what ever the hell you need to. you could honestly probably get another fuji, or peleton... but a 3rensho, wow!

I think you need to teach me how to acquire nice old bikes, and then start acquring too many of them in 64cms.
