I was in Hollywood last night looking at the new releases when I spotted a movie that had what appeared to be a Fixed/SS rider on the cover. The story is set on the south side of Chicago. I promised myself I'd remember the title to research it a bit. I have broken that promise. Certainly someone here knows this movie. Tell me if it's worth renting or not. I apologize in advance because I'm sure there's a four page thread discussing this movie that I missed.
