skidding with dropped bars; do you get a better skid out of the tops or the drops?

I'm not talking about some fakeass showey skid, but if you need to skid to a stop, where do you like to be on the bars?

Whichever leaves your center of gravity (right above your belly button on most folks) further back will stop you sooner. Try 'em out for yourself.

Skipping will stop you quicker than skidding though. And some folks even talk about using a hand brake....

i like to be in the bullhorn/brakelever-top position for stability. but i have no brakelevers.
