need help with RELOAD strap and buckle!!

need help with RELOAD strap and buckle!!
today i was riding my bike with my brand new reload bag on my back and all of a sudden the strap just comes loose of the metal buckle that holds it. i've been trying to rethread it through the buckle but didn't take note of how it went before it broke. i tried looking at the reload site and they don't have a photo good enough to base fixing it off of. can someone please post a photo of their strap and buckle on their reload bag? i would really appreciate it!
right now i took off the metal stopper at the end of the strap and the D-rings so the strap is totally free from everything, including the buckle. i need to use the bag tomorrow so any help tonight would help a lot!
