my ride now is a 52cm but it's too big...my standover is only 29-1/2 is it for me...maybe..

According to the guy at D and D (a lbs here in sf) Somec is a small Italian shop that makes frames for a few pros and custom jobs for anyone willing to pay. Supposed to be a very high-quality operation...
