Pfft. Syntace stratos were $12.50, but they sold out and now only the generic ones are $12.50 and you can get them anytime.

I haven't used these, but there's a different brand of bullhorn handlebars for $10 here:

$25 is still a good deal. Profiles run around $50 at the LBS. Plus, for the guys with wide shoulders, you can't get profile in 44cm like you can here.

yeah, but when your teased with some 10 dollar bullhorns, neither a 50 nor 25 dollar bullhorn seams like a good deal.........i'll wait around for their next sale.

What's the deal with Nashbar anyway?

When an item is $10 on a blowout special and oodles of people order that item in a short period of time do they immediately jack up the price real quickly on that item since they suddenly are in demand? They must have some kind of computer program that alerts them of this and adjusts the price accordingly.

**** Nashbar! Support you LBS or at least a good small OBS! Those people work hard to make you happy! Nashbar is way too big to take sales of niche customers from small shops. You are into a specialty bike so go to your specialty shop. Don't just go there when you have problems or need some obscure bolt that they only make 80 cents on. Please....
