How did that quote go?

Notices
Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

In his free time, Chuck Norris knits sweaters. But when I say “knit”, I mean kick. And when I say “sweaters”, I mean babies.

I hear ya. I'm forcing myself to pay off the credit card ba$tards before I get my new bike. It's proving to be such a good motivator that I'm sending them all my money. Just a few months more of brokeness and I'm really free though.

Or shackles, or chains. The jury's out to lunch on that one.

That quote is from Rousseau, if anyone was wondering.
