I swear I've been on that street before. I had an 8 hr layover at the airport on my way back to the stated from thailand so I hopped the train to Narita to look around. Ended up eating Soba noodles and getting sick smelling dead fish in a market. Still was a great experience for my first time in Japan. Cool little city.

Here is a photo essay of my commute:
First, my son checks that my bike is working properly:
That is my destination from a park near my apartment, it is downhill all the way to work:
This is Oxford St, the gayest street in the gayest city in the world, lots of 24hr clubs & always something to look at:
Down to the harbour:
My work is just over the other side of these buildings:
Through the CBD:
Destination (not my pic):

I forgot how great this thread was; I don't want to say a lot more fun than the roadies' version, but you one speed riders hit the roads and the streets, which is great fun.
Things have happened since here: https://www.bikeforums.net/showpost.p...8&postcount=78
Home, or anywhere I lay my head anyway:
'Bout time I got out to Valley Forge. It's only 46 miles round trip, right?
Ugh. How many more miles back to Philadelphia?
Learning that riding 50 miles in a day is not the same as riding 50 miles on a ride: you get thirstier
