Strip those, you got a paper weight for a frame, no?

I am neither a mechanic nor do I have any experience on this issue, but I know tools exist to re-thread BB shells. I think it depends on how much of the threads are gone. If the frame is worth saving, take it to your LBS and see what they can do. I'm guessing it'll cost at least $80 to fix, though. Also, I seem to remember another thread on this issue in which someone referenced a specialty BB that could work with stripped BB shells. I might just be crazy, though.

if the threads are completely messed I think you may be able use a press fit style bottom bracket

i'm pretty sure cartridge bearings are press-fit and don't require threads.

you may be able to fix it by chasing the threads

There are a few BB options even if you've stripped the threads. There is this one and one that a company called YST makes. Mavic used to make a good one- there are a few threads about it around here.

if the threads are unfixable, look into finding a Mavic bottom bracket.
they don't require threads.

another manufacturer makes a threadless BB too, but the maker eludes me now

There are b.b.'s that don't use threads...mostly cheapo Asian made units. The Mavic is an option if you can find one....and have a shop close by with the 45 degree cutter to prepare the frame......and the bearings in it are still in good shape as the bearing in that Mavic unit is proprietary and you can't get em anywhere. You may want to consider reaming and re-tapping the shell to Italian thread if the frame is really screwed. Prolly the best option if you can't save the original threads.

it is worth noting that, often, if you do certain types of damage to an english threaded bottom bracket, you can have it rethreaded as italian. i would look into this option. since italian bottom brackets are 70mm and english are 68mm, you may have to use a small spacer on one side.

edit: didn't see the above post. but yeah, italian.

Well, I fixed that Raleigh. It's interesting enough...whatever, it sorta works. I usually ride 57-59, its a 54. The headset threw me, all old school, loose balls for bearings. the bb is old school too, I'm not even gonna touch it for now. Whatever, I commute. The lugs are kinda cool, but its got more braze-ons than...than...bikes with lots of braze ons. Hopefully, I build my gitane this weekend. Honestly though, I miss that no-name cro-moly rattle canned conversion...

I thought I heard somewhere a well versed frame builder could float some silver into the threads and retap them.

YST produce a cheaper no thread bb too. $20. Beware, you may only get what you pay for. I considered this option instead of hunting hard or shelling out for Phil French threads for my French bb shell, but got lucky and found some French cups.

I kind of stripped the threads on my Bianchi switching to a sealed BB. It started unthreading every 10-15 miles. I thought that the frame was toast, or I'd have to get a Phil Wood BB or one of the others suggested above...

But the blue loctite is still holding strong months later. You might try that.
