Got my chainline perfect, but now the rear wheel is not centered!

Got my chainline perfect, but now the rear wheel is not centered!
Well, so I used some spacers on the right side of the wheel to perfect the chainline, but then the rear wheel is not spaced in the middle of the rear dropouts.
Is this a problem? It's almost a centimeter off. What can I do about it?

if it's too far drive side:
tighten all the non-drive side spokes. loosen all the otherones the same amount.
if I read your post backwards, just reverse that.
