I love those commercials. I have watched and rewatched them all so many times. Plus, they feature Devendra Banhardt's music. People always cringe when I say I like his music. Oh well.

this summer i got a six pack of...damn, it was called kite or something...it was a new belgium beer with a kite on it. can't even remember what kind it was, but i'd say it's one of my favorites. tour de fat seems like fun, though...wasn't able to go to the last one.

i sort of like that commercial...some of those newer devendra banhart songs are really nice, and the handlebar helmet is cool.

you're talking about the loft. it's their summer seasonal.

i know too much about beer.

edit - interesting fact for the day. i was looking up new belgium loft to make sure i was right, and i read that their entire brewery is run on wind power. how cool is that?

I really like Stone beers these days.

Can't stand standard Fat Tire. Used to love Sam Adams, not any more.

Best is fresh beer from Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe, AZ. Especially the Hop Knot.

Expect to wait at least 3months for whatever you get from those yahoos.

My brother ordered me one of their LS sweaters with embroidery BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I know the bike industry is slow, but this is apparel and totally uncalled for.

Ronin NB won't likely make an IPA anytime soon. Kind of a non-belge style that doesn't go with the name.

Flat Tire is waaay overrated, and it is a shame they discontinued the grand cru. For those intersted, La Folie (saison) is quite good if that works for you and ages well. The abbey and pils never fail to please.

Speaking of wind. They purchase 100 of their elec via wind power. The brewery is a technological marvel in regard to energy/materials conservation/re-use. Cool place to visit. Been there many times.
