Golf courses are as useful as roads and houses I guess. Lets f*ck the environment, because we f*cked it up this much already!
Idiot.

Golf is a sport. And every sport destroys pieces of natural earth to fit its mold. What is the difference between a golf course and any other sports facility.

how about a check point where you have to eat part of the insectiside/pesticide covered grass and whoever has the biggest pile of vomit gets extra points...

If you want to shred a golf course, run cross-country in highschool. You get to do it every weekend, while wearing spiked shoes. Sweet.

As someone who worked as a greenskeeper for a few years, I can tell you that riding on a golf course would not be sticking it to the man, it would be sticking it to the working class groundskeepers who will spend the next two weeks cleaning up after you, the whole time being *****ed at by the rich monkeys because their course isn't perfect. And if you ruin a green, it'll be at least two years before it is useable again, so please, stay off the greens. Since they are about 1% of the land area it shouldn't be that hard.
