Nervar track cranks

I have a pair of blue anodized Nervar 165mm cranks that were on a Vitus track bike I recently bought. The frame is being sold off but I'm thinking if I should keep the cranks and use them or something. My Kalavinka (not keirin) is in desperate need of a pair of cranks you see but it has a Sugino 75 BB and I'm not sure if the Nervar cranks will fit. I've heard the Nervar cranks fits Campagnolo BB. What's the difference between the japanese and the italian BBs again? I'm so dumb I know but I really need to learn.

Do you have any recommendations for what I should do to get the most out of these cranks? I know they're not the pretties on the planet but I'd rather have a working Kalavinka than having it sitting in my living room unused.

are the pedal threads on those nervar cranks french? i'd have to know the year to be sure (the color screams 80s, but they might be old school), but they also might require a special crank extractor threading.

I don't know if they're French but the Look pedals that came with it have 14x125 written on the bolt that threads in to the cranks. Yes I believe the frame is from the 80's.

Here's the Vitus frame and the cranks that I would like to get the most of for the Kalavinka. Or should I just keep them on the Vitus when I sell it? Or should I remove the Nervar cranks and sell them on ebay to fund a pair of Sugino 75 cranks? Hmm

I am 99% sure that the 14x125 indicates french threading for the pedals....I have some extra french threaded pedals if you end up keeping the cranks and need pedals...pm me for a trade if you want

nothing to add except that the vitus is fresh, and that kalavinka is about the prettiest thing ever.
