Only works on Japanese Sega Saturns.
This was posted in the ebay thread awhile back and I expressed my intense desire to own it and some guy on here emailed me some emulator version of it.
When I tried to download it my comp. wouldn't let me because it said it was a virus.
When I emailed the guy and told him that he didn't respond.
Who the **** was that?!

Too much cash, but I have a 5in1 for my Saturn.
I had to be able to play the capcom fighters back in the day.

You guys realize that you just bet on who wins in this game, like a horse race game, no controlling your racer, etc...

Have you played it? This somewhat indicates that you actually race.
