wheel alignment
i was admiring my black pista, and noticed the wheel itself was not perfectly straight, (not like how you can adjust with the track ends), the wheel is leaning slightly to the side when looking at my bike from the back, i popped on my other wheel to see if my new ellipse wheel was the problem, but the same thing occured with my beater wheel, therefore im assuming that it has something to do with my dropouts not being horizontally parallel, is my bike just ****ed, or is there an easy way to take care of this without replacing my ends or doing anything major to my rear triangle?
or am i just being obsessive over nit-picky details......

Easy way to tell: spin the wheel. If the wheel wobbles while spinning, it's out of true. If not, then it's a problem with the mounting. Could be a bent frame, maybe a bent axle. Take it to a shop for a 5 minute diagnosis.
