Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Man, "all your base" STILL cracks me up. I'm such a dork. Riding in the rain is fun, but I'm getting a wee bit tired of it.

i hate rain riding. unless you wear glasses its impossible to keep looking directly ahead with out looking like the incredible hulk squeezing out an incredible turd. where is that puma "concept" cycling coat when you need it?

besides crap on my bike is starting to rust and oxidize.

No way dude. Rain riding with glasses sucks MAJOR booty. Imagine driving a car in the rain with no wipers, now imagine you dont have a steel box protectiong your body. THAT, my friend, sucks.
