Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

yeah, really. it's ridiculous, too, how the other kid got charged with "inducing panic"...as if other people's reactions were within his control and were his fault.

Are we to assume that most bus drivers know who This Bike Is A Pipebomb is?

No.
I've never even heard of them.
But it's just a sticker on a bike.
Have we really come to this, that even the most obscure mention of the word "bomb" in this "post 9-11 world" will incite fear and panic?

yeah, i'm inclined to side with the bus driver. i'd rather have them be overly cautious.

does "siding with" need to happen? can't we just agree that it's silly, yes there are several perspectives doing work, that these are troubled, foolish times, and that TBIAPB is a fun band, and not have arguments?

i've got a stupid haircut.

If terrorists put "This pipe bomb is a bicycle" stickers on actual pipe bombs imagine the havoc they could wreak!

Jesus christ.

People are ********.

I'm just amazed that it's been happening nearly five years after 9/11.

Not to mention that there's been nary a single terrorist attack on the US since.

Expression is the real "pipe bomb" they're after.

Makes me want to leave a pile of them on the federal courthouse steps just to see what would happen.
