can't find those sweet new cranks!!
ok, I remember seeing these recently but I can't seem to remember who makes them.... anyway, they are a set of cranks that the suits of cards, aces spades hearts etc, drilled into the rings, and i believe they are based on classic campy crank arms. they are made my someone right now, not something vintage.....
please help.

ant bike mike calls something similar the "bomber" chain ring, can't quite tell if he makes them himself, gets them from Paul, or gets them someplace else.

The crank shaft at the very least is different on the ant bike than the paul crank, cause that looks like an ashtabula crankset.

that ant chainring isn't the one made by Paul. Last time I contacted Paul about the cranks he said they'd be ready in a few weeks and to check the website. that was a few weeks ago.

yeah, Paul was the company I was thinking about, but damn them for not having it on their website. I don't want to buy these, i was just looking for a photo of them. help please.

Paul seems like a really cool company. I haven't used any of their products, but I like how they addressed the issues with the first generation of their track hubs. And nothing they make looks crappy. I wonder why their track hubs only come in 32hole though.

For some reason the hubs have never grabbed me lookswise. I like their brake levers and such, though. If I were going to rise above the hub poverty (read: Formula) line, I'd probably go Phil or DA.
These cranks look ok, but it seems lame to have to break out the crank puller every time you want to swap or replace your chainring.. at least, they look that way- no spider, just one monolithic disk, probably with a splined interface to the crank and a BMX-style post coming through it from mid-arm. Is that the case?
