converting a modern road bike

I am wanting to convert a more "Modern" road bike, I have looked at sheldon's site but just wanted to summarize the steps that I think I figured out and run them by you all to see what I may be missing

Since it will have vertical dropouts I am thinking I want to use an eno hub on the build, the standard road spacing is like 130 isn't it?

so the ENO's have a 47.5 mm chain line, this means if I get a wheel built up with an eno hub, the other parts I need to ensure a good chainline are cranks and a BB right?
Do I need to make sure they have a specific chainline?
Like if I get a BB do I need to make sure it has a specific chain line?
do cranks have a specific chainline to them or is it just the BB that matters?

Once I have the wheel built up, and the chainline stuff figured out I can do the rest...

thanks guys!

Chainline can be reached by a combination of cranks and BB spindle. Sheldon has a database of BB/crank combinations and the chainlines they yield, check it out.

Also, if you just measure the existing chainline, and get a new BB to adjust for the difference, you will get a more precise (and cheaper) solution.
