Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? SF companies?

Hey y'all, I was down visiting this spring and immediately took to the idea of moving down, finally. I've lived in stumptown for too long and I need a change of scenery. I don't hit up this online forum that often but this is a good outlet. Aside from some suggestions I've gotten from some former SF messengers up here, I want to know what is a good company (i.e., union or collective) to to work for from you. I want to make a smooth transition this fall. I'm experienced and a strong rider, so throw down any info ya got. post or PM me. I eat, sleep and breathe bikes. I'm not gonna work at Blockbuster.

o yeah, it'll be fall before I move, around the time the weather goes to hell. Probably August after my current lease runs out. I'm hoping to keep the down time to a minimum. Also, while I'm at it, I will be looking for a place that'll will have my two dogs. I don't want to give them up. It's a shot in the dark on that one I know but if anyone knows of a group looking for a chill roommate, I'm trying all my options here. Living in a bike friendly household would be where it's at. Thanks.
