Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

that frame is amazing, i cant wait to see it built up.

i can't find a lot of info on their site about prices, materials, wait times, etc. I emailed them, but if you had any info to share, that would be great. thanks.

if you search this forum, there's a thread about circle a and in it i posted an interview i did with chris.

frames start at 8, fully lugged is 1100. paul track ends are i think $40 extra. my frame is made of true temper platinum ox which i think adds an extra $125

so far the build list looks like:
36h high flange pauls laced to velocity aeros
phil wood bb
paul cranks
chris king 2nut headset
johnny coast custom stem
thomson elite seatpost
white selle italia turbo saddle

bars are still up in the air but might end up being surly torsion bar.

i placed the order in july and it's been ready since mid-april but i just got it.

the stinker is, this frame is actually 5cm too small because it was accidently built to early specs that were later modified. when i got it home it seemed small, i measured it, and it was. i got in touch with chris and we worked it out. a new frame is being sent ASAP and chris said i can ride this one in the meanwhile but i'll probably send it back to avoid ****ing it up. it ended up being a good thing though cause i've realized i want an undrilled fork and i'm gonna have the head tube painted white to match the fills and decals. ****s gonna be hot! and i totally recommend chris/circle a. don't let the mix-up deter you, chris was extremely helpful and cool throughout and extremely apologetic about the mix up.
