i might come down to spectate a little, but as a non-courier that isht sounds a little serious for me to take part in...

i mean why bother trying to "qualify" when you know you wont anyway....

btw, i am not trying to bust on the race, or any part of the championship weekend, just sayin i ain't quick enough to hang wit deeze turkeys so i probably won't bother trying.

OT: you going to the wissy poker run this year??? i think i met you there last year right? i might not be riding that this year either cause i feel the need to volunteer, but i will be there in some form! but i really do wanna rock it on the singlepseed again this year! last year people were dumbfounded i would actually choose to ride a rigid singlespeed there...

Ohhhhh yeeeeeeeah. Howdy there, MAM. When is the poker ride? I'd forgot all about it. I'm down for that action. As for the NACCC, I'm going to try to qualify even if my chances aren't too good. The first alleycay I was in was the 2004 Philly July 4th race. I didn't even know what an alleycat was (except for the fuzzy kind) but the week before a messenger rode by me whil I was on my fixie and handed me a flyer. I showed up and took 2nd (breathes on fingernails and buffs on shirt, haha) and then drank a ****-ton of Pabst at the award ceremony. One nevers knows...

as for the second congrats!!! you must be one fast mutha... i have been to two and by the time i arrive at the end people always seem to be *****faced already.

but keep me posted on your plans. i would definitely like to ride down to at least spectate and drink a few too many PBR's.

Sweet! Thanks for the heads up. I'll definitely be there for the 18 miler. Last year I think I drew three of a kind. 6.6.6. Ooooooooo Scary! Anyway, good for a new set of tires. I'll drop you a line PM style before the race. Hopefully I'll see you there.

Hey Max, this is Chris. Rode out to Pittsburgh with you. Was thinking about riding down to check out some of the action. What day or days were you planning on going? Would like to meet up since you know philly better than me.

as one of the main orgainizers for the race. I am pleased that someone except me posted about the nacccs on here. **** is going to be fun. We are securing the last permits for the race course which will be at memorial hall.

If you raced in 2000 at the worlds here in philly, you will remember a little bit of the closed course race. **** is fast course and kinda of long. Either way it will be blast. Once we get the finalized course from the city. We will post it on our site, naccc.phillybma.org

go register now. we will be taking down the online registration in the next few weeks. So, we can get it all in a database for the timing.

That weekend will be amazing and will have many stories to tell each other in the coming years..
