Spray Paint over CHROME
is it worth my time? i've been using Duplicolor for the rest of the frame, but needed a new fork... the chrome Tange forks were the only ones i could find for now.
i'm thinking if i did a good prep job it should work right?

maybe I think that you might have to treat the chrome with something for it to stay on very well

try some self-etching primer? might be worth a shot. It works very well on steel, supposedtly all metals? I dunno... try asking the paint guy at Home Depot.

dupli-color makes an adhesion enhancer that you spray on before applying paint. i don't know if it would work on chrome, but you can always read the back of the can. paint needs something to hold on to, chrome is smooth as glass... which makes me wonder why you'd want to paint it in the first place.
