Got a rim size question?

OK, I have a Nisi tubular rim and I'm not sure how to tell what size rim it is... 27 or 700?

the diameter on the outside of the rim is 635 mm, on tubulars is there an area refered to as the bead seat?

this whole wheel size thing has got me a little confused...

well, 700c wheels are actually 622mm across(i think), so im guessing that your rim is a 27"(26<700<27)

A 700c rim is 622m from the bead seat, or where the bead of the tire sits on the rim.

You have to measure the bead seat circumference. If it's 1955mm it's 700c, if it's 1978mm it's 27".

You can probably fit a 700c tub on a 27" rim, but I'm widely known for doing ******** sht with bikes, so don't take my word for it.

Did they ever make 27" tubulars? i may be wrong, but i don't think such a thing exists.
