Ha! It's actually a current model. Screw flip phones, etc. This is all I need, it was free, and it's durable as f*ck!

The new cool gear here is to find a good feather and tie it to the side of your fork. Im convinced it makes you faster.

You know if you use that lockring now, it's going to totally trash your cell phone!
j/k, but I do wonder if it'd be possible to open a beer bottle with that thing, without breaking the neck of the bottle, my wife sez it'd certainly break it, but I dunno, using the leather somehow

The lockring is kind of messed up after stripping a hub, so it was out of commission anyway. I like something like this when I'm walking around. Cell phone in the pocket, this thing dangling outside, easy/quick to grab...

Make sure you really crank that thing on there, throwing a cell phone can be really dangerous if it slips, especially on a fixed-gear.

ouch! I'd hate to crash with the cog keyring in my pocket. I suppose it could be a useful spare if your current one spontaneously combusts though.

Stupid question, but anyone know who makes black lockrings like that? Probably not the Dura-Ace ones, eh?
