Cheep Rims?
I tried searching, but could not find anything new, so please lay off.

I'm looking to make my girlfriend some wheels on a budget. She weighs 115 punds so I don't need anything bomb-proof.

I'v got a set of nashbar hubs lying around so I was thinking of lacing those up. Any suggestions on some cheep rims and spokes? Where to get them?

How cheap?

NOS from an LBS has always been good to me. Cheap and high quality.

Think about tyre site first. 23-25 (=>road rim) or 28-32 (=>hybrid rim)?
