Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Dude, coelcanth was referring to the threadstarter pic of the bike w/ monster chainring. The one in this pic is clearly not a speed record bike.

So many little things about this bike are cool. You can't tell, but the chainstays are oddly formed. The extra tube in the rear triangle that hugs the wheel is cool too, and the fork is just nuts.

A lot of really nice bikes! Have to post my own little baby. This is the first pictures i took of it even before i rode it, and a lot have changed since. But its a really beautiful bike in its own way.

if you had a black crank, ring, chain, & pedals, it would be perfect.

Yeah, black 75's and a black Flite Ti and you'd have it nailed. Damn nice bike.

Thanks.
Actually i race the bike at the velodrome, and it now has a thomson stem, deda bars, and dura ace cranks. After the initial wanting the bike to look good, and you start racing it, the look dosen't matter that much.

These kids must have killer paper routes to be able to save up for bikes like those.
