Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Except the fork is connected to the stem and not the headtube.

What I do recall is that this is a custom build - the seat tube and downtube is not a single tube, but two parallel tubes. When he displayed it, a bunch of people flipped - they had been searching for this bike for years.

I have to email him on some cranks I have, and will get more info then.

it's an allusion to early bmx set ups that intentionally looked like motocross bikes complete with the dual crown forks (so technically it is attached to the headtube).
