Ss Is Done What Saddle??

whats up everyone/ I hope all is well.

My SS conversion is done, Love it!! havnt ridden it much but so far so good.

no photos yet but heres the scoop

1992 Falcon road frame lugged 531 + 531 fork

campy rims /shimano 105 hubs 28cc slicks

brakes are the nice early 90s shimano 105 single pivots.

im geared at 66.1 inches at the moment

I did put fenders on it as I can see wet weather use and a commute now and then.

the saddle Im using at the moment is an old avocet touring saddle that I had lying around, its plastic ,vinyl and has the real dense foam padding.

I have a brooks B17 flyer on my Cross check commuter and its super comfy.

not wanting to swap saddles Im thinking of another brooks for the SS but cant decide which one??

My drop bars are at seat level , (same as my cross check) so I was thinking another sprung saddle, I will ride the SS the same places I ride the beast, roads can be crappy.

so

a B17 heck with the springs (reason)?

another b17 flyer?

conquest?

many thanks

"John"

i like my conquest a lot. it's about half the weight of my bike (exaggeration) but i've got enough to worry about riding in traffic in dc that it's worth the weight to be able to just cruise over the crappy parts of the road.
