Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Well people, I am probably out of the IRO group buy. I have been looking to drink the disc brake and aluminum frame Kool Aid for a while and when this came along I had to jump on it. Has fender eyelets for proper Seattle-ness and no unsightly canti posts. It will probably get an ENO rear wheel with lime green non-machined Vs. Everything else will be scrounged using my usual methods - unless someone knows where to find a sweet deal on a gold anodized NJS 'cross gruppo with disc hubs.

I might still be in if I decide my Soma frame is too small (in which case I could just sell the frame and move all the parts over) but I definitely can't afford to add two more bikes to the stable. I was considering getting one of the IROs for my gf but she already has two bikes and tends to ride mainly in the warmer/drier months.
