A crank other than sugino 75s that will fit a 75 bb and give you 42mm chainline

wondering if there is a budget crank that will give you a 42mm chainline that will fit the 109 mm sugino75 bb?

pretty much any shimano square tapered road crank with the chainring on the inside
will be close enough to 42mm
