Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It's a JIS square taper. Look up cranksets that use that BB.

just save until you have the money for the matching cranks.

it's not worth using a nice bottom bracket with ****ty cranks.

You can put just about any cranks on it and it will not **** up the bottom bracket. BB = hardened steel, super-tough. Cranks = aluminum alloy, a spineless weakling compared to hardened steel.
