actually it is. the medium affinity pursuit has a 54cm top tube and a 57cm seat tube, so it gets the pursuit look from a jacked seat tube and a marginally shorter head tube length.

on a pursuit bike, i can see how saddle height would be affected by bars. although it should only be based off legs, some people may not be able to fully bend over to where the drops with the saddle cranked up,thus lowering it.since risers make you sit up a hell of a lot higher than riding in the drops,crank up the seat where it should be. obviously the person shouldnt be riding it in the first place but whatever

Not to mention that he has the seat clamp backwards. That frame is definatly too big, unless the rider is one of the many who think you should be able to touch the ground while on the saddle.
