New Chain Size

I just upgraded my cranks to Sugino 75s with a Dura-Ace chainring. The new chainring is sized 1/8 - 1/2 and my rear cog is sized to 3/32.

Can I still use my 3/32 chain or should I get a 1/8 chain and replace my rear cog to 1/8?

i've never tried it but i hear you can use a 1/8th chain on a 3/32 cog. i don't think you can use a 3/32 chain on a 1/8 gear. i'm sure someone else will know.

A 3/32" chain will not fit on an 1/8" gear.

3/32 - 1/8 = -1/32

So I should get a 1/8" chain and that will fit on my 3/32 cog?

Let me make this clear for you...get a 1/8" chain....it will work fine. DO NOT get a 3/32" chain...it will not work with your chainring.
