Basically in the Foo forum, which is a lot like the singlespeed / fixed gear forum except without the occasional talk of bikes, there is a contest about who can make the best avatar using the forum member chipcom's head. There are three judges, one is a moderator, and two people have offered to pay for a membership for the winner.
