Quick Release to Bolt-on

I'm not a huge fan of quick release wheels, and was wondering if there's any way to change them to bolt on? I seem to remember reading it somewhere before, but can't remember, or find it again.

can't easily change to a nutted axle but you can use bolt-skewers.

get a solid axle and rebuild the hub. not any harder than just repacking the bearings if you already can do that.
