Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

is there anything wrong with your kendas? if not ride them til they flat and swap out if you're sure they have enough tread left on them and there're no punctures

I've never ridden those specific tires, but in my experience with mountain bike tires, maxxis has always been the clear choice over kenda.

Those tires are a gift from the cycle gods. They want to skid for blocks at a time. Keep the best one for your front wheel and murder the other 3.
