Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Leader 735TR: what gives?

So, looking at the Leader website I see the 735TR track frame, with a slightly ovalized downtube and what looks to be replaceable steel dropouts. However, all the ebay 735TR frames have aluminum dropouts and a huge downtube. The ebay pages also proclaim they have the 2007/08 frames, which I'd assume leader would be showing on their homepage.
Which is which? I'd really consider those shown on the leader website, but the ebay versions are far less appealing.

Call Leader at (619) 425-6452. They're especially helpful over the phone - I've had good experiences with them in the past.

I think that when in doubt, eBay is probably wrong.
