Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Far from an expert, but all of the campy brakes from that era (early 90s?) looked like that, Daytona, Chorus, Record. I think.

those are Athena calipers. i have one on the front of my bike, and i personally think they're the prettiest brake calipers ever made. theres two versions of Athenas, those, like mine are the earlier version i believe. later (?) they went to a monoplaner design.
actually i think they only did these for a few years and i don't think you see too many around. they work great by the way, i'm using te og pads on some and they stop on a dime.

They're nice looking and you'll get your Campy Bonus Points but single pivots suck.

You get super bonus for the delta brakes, and they really suck.

Actually the weight is useful for the downhill parts...I keep my hip pack full of Delta's.

Plus, if a cager tries to cut me off they get a taste of Delta Justice.
