Rapha customer service???

I ordered some items about a month back and never recieved them. I've been sending emails to them asking for tracking info, but no response. I really don't want to have to hate Rapha because i like their stuff, but this is pissing me off. Anyone have similar issues with them in the past?

Swobo:USA::Rapha:UK?

I haven't had any problems with Rapha customer service either. Can you call them? That might be the best option.

We've gotten killer service from Rapha. Try ringing them on the telly after tea time.

I do not really equate Swobo and Rapha at all.

Some people may see price and think that, but I look at the overall history of Swobo and the prices on some things are acceptable. Same goes for vintagevelos.
good wool jerseys are hard to beat.

While I may not be into the whole RaphaHype, I do enjoy Rouleur mag for some of the pictures and some really interesting anecdotes.

I can't believe VintageVelos never reissued the Death National Champ jersey like they said they would.

So Rapha finally got back to me. Seems the package was "left in front of my building", which strikes me as odd since no delivery service working in NYC would ever just leave a package outside (at least not in my experience) as it is guaranteed to get stolen, especially if you live in Red Hook Brooklyn next to a methadone clinic. I suppose some junkie now has some fashionable cycling clothes to trade. Hopefully Rapha will send me another pair, since this is not my fault. But, word of advice when ordering from them - do not use the "express" service, since everything else from them has made it to me safely when I went with plain old standar mail. USPS > UPS/Fed-Ex any day in NYC. If your not home, you simply swing by the post office and pick it up.

I know - I almost pulled the trigger on the initial run, but had to eat instead.

next time around - it will happen.
The quality of their stuff is worth it to me as I have had a promo trainer for at least 3 years now - maybe 4.

I would never go back to wool shorts (no matter how awesome they are now) - my memories are not so great when riding in them while it rains...
