Knobbies on the GIANT bowery(oh yah!)
2 Attachment(s)
Check this one out. 700x31 panaracer knobbies on bowery. 44x18 FW or 17 fixed. A tight fit on the fork but good on the rear. For all the haters of the giant compact geometry-this thing rails on hard pack dirt and loose gravel. this is my commuter/main get out on the bike ride. I just tried out the fat tires for the "master planned bike trails" in my area. A mix of paved trail and desert soil loose over hardpack. Geared it down a bit and now a whole different ride. Once the tires wear i'll probably go a bit narrower.
Just thought i'd share my bikes update. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/223/4...37ba7a8174.jpg http://farm1.static.flickr.com/207/4...3ff8d1b591.jpg |

The Bowery is a tank, and that one has appropriate 'treads'. Nice.
