Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

when wrapped properly, the transition between light and dark is very smooth.

That tape is Ciclolinea Pelten Shade. I don't think it's made
anymore, but it should be available on eBay pretty readily.

looks like a brand that used to be called off the frond or something to that effect they had a snake skin and a barbed wire pattern as well as many other stylish designs
I wouls also look at carbon tape it will give a similar effect or the fizik tape it is very nice and comfy

Damn, that brings back memories of Letraset, X-acto knives and blue-line pencils.

I think I'm gonna put those on my bike, and paint some registration marks on the top tube.

anyone how water resistant and durable this stuff is? is it pretty cushy compared to cork/gel?

i just bought some cork/gel wrap-- but perhaps i'll keep this stuff in mind for my next wrapping job (never seems to be bad to have spare tape)

i might be interested in your rolls of blue

Any chance that those two rolls are still available? I am restoring a Buckler Colnago. I can pay by check or Paypal.
