Removing round headed screws from old frame?
I have a '65 raleigh grand prix that I'm going to convert into a fixed gear. I was able to remove most of the parts pretty easily, however, I have been unable to remove the crank arms. They are attatched with round screws screwed into closed ended nuts. I was able to remove the close ended nuts (I'm sure this is not the technical name, but they are nuts that allow you to screw in, but not through, they have an "R" for raleigh on them). The problem is, the head of the screw is round and not made for any sort of screw driver. If anyone knows if I need a special tool (I cant even think of what it would be) or what I could do to remove these screws would be incredibly helpful. If needed I can take pictures and post them, but I'm on a new computer so that might be a little bit of work.
