Freewheel slippage
My Suntour 6-speed freewheel on my Bianchi road bike slips under load. It seems like the teeth are worn out or something. Could this be a result of a chain that is too tight? Or could my freewheel just be worn out. I am using a Shimano eliptical chainwheel with it. Any help would be awesome.

Did you determine whether the chain is skipping over the cogs or the freewheel is slipping internally?? I realize it's sometimes difficult to determine which is happening...

Actually, I think its the Biopace that's the cause of my slippage! I'm gonna ditch that sucker, and go with a "round" chainwheel. Besides, I think my leg muscles are forming strange geometric shapes as a result of the "push-pull" nature of Biopace.

Sounds like your freewheel is shot...you'll have to screw anothe one on,usually it takes a lot to ruin a freewheel but force is one thing that will do it?
