Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I predict the quality will be excellent and no one will complain about that. I do predict people won't be happy with the paint color.

Yea having seen the photo of the green it isn't what I thought it was and I am wishing I had gone black...but the Langster is black so why do black?

Since shipping is 12 dollars to philly I decided to just get it shipped and wait the 2 days it will take to get here. 6 hours of driving isn't worth the trouble.

sell it. there are plenty of people interested.

i'd be into a drive out to see the place, but my car holds four people and no frames uncomfortably. plus if shipping to philly really is only $12 that's about 2/3 of the way out there worth of gas.

i'm so excited. ordered my parts yesterday at the bike shop. my mechanic is really hooking me up, he's gonna de-badge seatpost, brake caliper, et cetera. he also hooked me up with a nitto ct-80 threadless stem.

i can't wait. my bicyclewheels.com wheels came in the mail today and they are shining.

Why do I have the feeling that a bunch of people are going to flake, and screw Tony, who was nice enough to do this in the first place?

Are you serious? This is exactly when they were supposed to come in...we have been waiting for months...how could this be a surprise?

Um...is that a 1 1/8" head tube (I assume yes but there could be a 1" threadless)? I might be interested, not sure if I am going to dig the green.
