Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

i can agree with this. the condotti and brera have great italian styling, but probably should not wear the pista name. after all, pista does mean track.

First post figured a pic would be good.. I picked this up from a friend last summer. Its my first fixed gear, and I really was not into cycling before but I ride a few times a week now. Having a ton of fun on the bike even tho its a bit small.

Actually jasonnc80 I just sold her. It was a sad day, but I am currently living in an apt and have no garage so building a race car was a little silly. I plan on purchasing another one once I buy a home.

This was her the day she was sold.. I had just finished the cage, and she was off to get blasted and re-primered in prep for light body work..
