Got finished polishing my cranks
I had my bike apart for its maintenance/inspection routine and I got bored so I decided to polish my cranks (Sugino RD's). I followed most of the DIY guide on polishing the stem in this forum except I used a dremel and bit of simichrome. That stuff works wonders. It's not as bling as much as I want. I only had one polishing wheel.

Looks good. Dang, Air Force barracks look a lot nicer than any of the Navy barracks I was in.

Anyone know is it's possible to make the inside of Origin-8 track cranks not look so damn lumpy and crappy?
Also, it looks like the rubber on my shoes are messing up the chrome polish on the outside...any fix for that?

Yes. They were in fairly decent condition. A couple of slight scratches from hitting door frames and such, but it came out with a medium abrasive dremel bit.
