58-62, depending on your preference. I'd guess 60.

Try to find an on-line fit calculator and pay careful attention to the frame measurements of the IRO. Guess sizing based on height alone is a tough thing, but a 60 sounds about right.

whats your inseam? i have a 61cm and its got a standover about 33 inches. you'd need a 56 or a 58 if you're like me and want to be on the smaller side of sizing.

You need to ride to know or get fitted. Top tube is what matters.

I'm 6' and have an inseam of 34" and I ride a 58cm bike. More importantly is the length of your femur for the seat tube length and your reach for the top tube length.

Get sized!
